Researchers and specialists in economics, politics, management and sustainable agricultural development were invited to participate in the conference. In total, more than 200 participants took part in the conference.
Welcoming speeches were made by Jyldyzbek Zhakshylykov, Head of Department of Science and Technical Policy of the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Ashirbay Zhusupov, Director of State Inspectorate for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Safety.
The conference continued in sections with presentations by scientists from Kyrgyz National Agrarian University and their colleagues from Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems (Otar, Kazakhstan), Russian State Agrarian Correspondence University (Balashikha, Moscow region), Kuzbass State Agricultural Academy (Kemerovo), All-Russian Research Institute for Organisation of Production, Labour and Management in Agriculture (Moscow), Udmurt State Agricultural University (Izhevsk), Osh Technological University и Udmurt State Agricultural University (Izhevsk).
Following the conference held in 2022, the conference proceedings were published

Conference fee does not include accommodation payment. The costs of travel and accommodation paper presenters cover themselves.
Please note: You must register for the conference prior to submitting a paper. Paper received from anyone who has not registered to attend the conference will not be considered.
The manuscript should follow the IMRaD format :
Number of authors in a single paper is 5 person maximum. One person can be the author of not more than 2 articles. The corresponding author is the person chosen within the group to be responsible for all contact and correspondence with the periodical. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors (and no inappropriate co-authors) are included in the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and agree on its submission for publication.
All papers pass scientific and technical review.
Within the framework of technical review all papers are thoroughly checked for the following attributes:
1) for compliance with the subject of the conference.
2) for plagiarism. Acceptable minimum of originality is 90%.
3) for acceptable English language. All papers are reviewed by a native speaker.
4) At the same time papers are checked by a technical proofreader (quality of images, absence of Cyrillic, etc.).
Hereafter the scientific review is pursued.
Scientific review of each paper is made by at least 3 reviewers. If the opinions of the reviewers are radically different, additional reviewers are appointed. We do not use «Potential Reviewers» recommended by authors. Authors have a right to answer the remarks of reviewers and submit revised versions of their papers.The revised manuscript will then be evaluated by the editor whether the points raised by the reviewers have been fully addressed or not. Then the editor will send the revised manuscript to the reviewers again for re-evaluation.
